The breakfast was GREAT and provided many options. I particularly enjoyed the thermal spas. They were very relaxing. The staff were also helpful, always ready to assist with any questions.
The room felt a little dated. I noticed that there wasn't an iron or ironing board, and this was inconvenient. Paying extra for things like slippers seemed unnecessary. I thought they would be complimentary.

The food quality was very disappointing. lunch was overpriced and not good. I even had to send back my caesar salad. service felt strained, and everything seemed to cost extra. They even charged for ice. the room i booked with a direct lake view actually had only a side view. the bathroom slippers cost 5 euros. the pool was too cold so i went to the indoor pool. it was like a maze. the rule 'no swimwear in the sauna and steam rooms' seemed bizarre. the bar was full of older people playing cards. there are many better places to stay in the area

The outdoor pools and garden were a delight. The staff was very attentive to my allergies. (I am allergic to gluten, dairy, and garlic.) Safe food was available for me.
I found the location a little out of the way. Everything we asked for incurred charges. There was no iron or ironing board available, only a laundry service.
